With struggling times come harsh realities. Not being able to pay the bills is a reality that many college students are facing. For some extra cash, some find their way to Biolife Plasma Services.
Located off of 291 and 40 highways in Independence, it is a short drive for anyone in the metro area. One can donate two times a week, making up to $60, plus bonuses when others are referred by them, as well as when the number of donations reach eight in one month. THE K OPENS TO HIGH HOPES

On April 11, 25 men will begin a grueling season in an attempt to live up to the hype surrounding the team and a brand new facility. Gates open at noon for the grand reopening of Kauffman Stadium. A sold out crowd opening day will begin this historical season.
As fans pile in, only the field will be recognizable. New additions include a restaurant-bar down the right field line with a party deck, more than 20 new premium suites, a Majestic team store. An area beyond the center field wall is equipped with base running, hitting and pitching zones, as well as a new Little K, a miniature golf course, a playground and a carousel. Additional seating allows for more than 39,000 seated tickets, along with expanded standing room. [...]
